Within a circular medallion, finely executed in the technique of black enamel and yellow tint, the figure of a seated man wearing a hat is depicted. The man is caught in full musical activity: while with his left hand he presses the keys of a small portable organ, with his right he operates a lever, identifiable as the bellows needed to supply the instrument.
