Along the south side, the front panels of the desks numbered four to six present a decorative apparatus characterised by elegant foliage motifs, terminating at the ends with a poppy flower. The decoration of the panels, carried out in modern times following the original models, shows a series of isolated figures: in the fourth panel an angel appears playing the lute, in the fifth a king holding a sceptre, and finally in the sixth another angel engaged in playing a small portable organ.
