On the west side of the Campanile, in the third decorative zone, relief number 5 is dedicated to the figure of Jubal, celebrated by tradition as the “father of music.” The scene depicts him seated on a bench inside a tent, intent on playing the trumpet in front of an organ. This depiction underlines his legendary role as the inventor of musical instruments, uniting in a single image the power of brass and the complexity of the organ.
